If you order on working days before 16:30 and you pay with iDEAL, Apple Pay, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Bancontact MisterCash, SOFORT banking, Giropay you will receive your order the next working day.
Delivery time in case of prepayment by bank or giro
In case of prepayment by bank or giro, it may take 1 to 3 working days before we receive your payment. Upon receipt you will be notified by e-mail and your order will be shipped the same day.
Delivery on Saturday
GLS does not deliver on Saturdays
In case you are not at home
GLS will offer your package twice. After you are not at home the first time you will get a card in the bus. With the code on this card you can go to http://www.gls-nietthuis.nl to make a new delivery appointment. You can choose to have the parcel offered again or perhaps it is more convenient to have the parcel delivered to a GLS parcel shop so you can pick it up here yourself. (Note: do you know in advance that you are not at home then it may be wise to specify a different delivery address where someone is present, or to choose shipping by PostNL to choose).
If you choose to pick up at 1 of the parcel shops is your package the next working day after 17:00 hours ready in your chosen parcel shop. You can pick up your parcel on presentation of a valid identification.
Most parcel shops have buying evenings and Saturday opening so you can pick up your parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: GLS makes 2 delivery attempts, (delivery at 1 of the parcel shops is also a delivery attempt) what comes down to it if you are not home the first time you can choose to have the package delivered again or to have it delivered at a parcel shop.
If you are not at home the second time it is only possible to pick up your parcel at the depots of the GLS. If you want to send it again you will have to pay shipping costs again!

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE ONLINE
You can track your order using the GLS package code on the https://www.gls-info.nl/tracking. You can find this code in the shipping confirmation of your order.
Once you have received your Track&Trace code from us, your package will be visible in the online track&trace system from 20:00 (https://www.gls-info.nl/tracking).

You can track your order using the PostNL parcel code at https://jouw.postnl.nl. You can find this code in the shipping confirmation of your order.
